About the Role  

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Strategy & Insights Consultant to join our Data-Driven Marketing team at TD Reply.  

In this position you will have the opportunity to explore innovative approaches for solving complex business problems with data, inform strategic decision-making, engage with exciting international clients, and collaborate with an experienced and enthusiastic team that will help you to grow on a professional & personal level.  

Who You Are:  

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a data related role, preferably at a digital agency or consultancy or in a marketing department. Bonus points if you have experience in FMCG or Automotive industries.  
  • A strong command of English (spoken & written), bonus points for German and/or additional languages.  
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller, adept at simplifying complex data into clear and actionable insights for senior leadership and operational teams. 
  • Analytically minded, passion for problem-solving, and comfortable with presenting new ideas and solutions to others. 
  • Proactive and eager to learn new skills, while also happy to share existing knowledge with team members.  
  • High energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment, with strong team spirit.  
  • Beneficial, but not mandatory: Experience with dashboard and analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Appsflyer, Firebase or similar tools.  
  • An interest and/or excitement to learn more about GenAI and automation is a big plus.  

 

How Your Skills Will Be Applied –  

  • Marketing KPI Knowledge: Understand and evaluate key metrics related to marketing campaign performance to drive strategic decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness. 
  • Data Management & Analysis: Manage multiple data sources, comfortably collecting, organising and synthesising data sets. 
  • Generate & Share Insights: Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations (avoid too much descriptive work) that can be shared with clients in a clear & compelling manner. 
  • Informative Reporting: Craft detailed reports that translate data findings into informative insights, guiding clients towards practical actions and strategies. 
  • Design and Implement Measurement Strategies: Develop innovative plans and strategies to assess the success of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities 
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Brainstorm and implement creative solutions to complex business questions, including strategies to measure difficult-to-quantify marketing activities. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and addressing needs effectively throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Team Work: Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team. Work closely with multiple teams, ensuring transparent & respectful communication with all stakeholders & team members.
