That’s you

For our growing team in Berlin we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive our growth trajectory, rolling out the unique services and products we use for top brands and international clients and projects. You pave the way to making TD and our one-of-a-kind consulting and analytics services known and ultimately to inspire (new) clients.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Seeking out and engaging companies and potential clients through strategic prospecting by nurturing existing leads and generating new ones (through calls, emails and social media messaging) at different decision-making levels
  • Supporting the development of new use cases, assets and market offerings
  • Owning the configuration and administration of our CRM tool and process, including user management, security and exploration of helpful features
  • Thinking strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting goals and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Working strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes


There’s a match if you…

  • … are self-starting with a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial drive, service mentality and ability to work both autonomously and in an interdisciplinary team
  • …can manage and execute projects efficiently; provide hands-on support to multiple activities, often requiring strong consulting skills (slide writing, effective communication, data analytics and quantitative research…)
  • … like getting to know prospects and building client relationships with energy and proactivity and/or have some sales experience
  • …have experience with a CRM system. Hubspot CRM is a plus
  • … are fluent in German and English
  • … have 3+ years of experience working in a digital agency, management consultancy, a corporate strategic marketing department or similar area with project steering and/or client management responsibilities
